We are looking for a Functional Tester with strong API Testing expertise to join our Application Maintenance Support AMS team supporting critical digital and enterprise platforms in a global FMCG organization
This role is focused on ensuring functional accuracy integration reliability and operational stability of applications built on cloudnative and microservices architectures deployed across hyperscalers AWSAzureGCP
The candidate will operate in a productioncritical environment validating APIs integrations and business workflows across distributed systems
Key Responsibilities
1 Functional API Testing
Analyze business requirements API specifications SwaggerOpenAPI and integration flows to derive test scenarios torchoracom
Design and execute

Data integrity across systems
Perform endtoend testing across microservices and integrated enterprise applications
2 AMS Production Support Responsibilities
Support incident triaging and validation for APIservicerelated issues in production
Reproduce defects and validate fixes before deployment to production
Participate in
Change Requests CRs
Defect fixes
Release validation cycles
Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during hotfixes and releases
3 Cloud Microservices Testing
Test APIs in cloud environments AWSAzureGCP across
Dev QA UAT and productionlike environments
Validate
Microservices communication and orchestration
Service reliability and failover scenarios in collaboration with engineering teams
Work with containerized and distributed systems architectures
4 Test Execution Defect Management
Execute test suites and logmanage defects in JiraAzure DevOps torchoracom
Provide clear reproducible defect documentation with API logs and payloads torchoracom
Conduct regression testing and verify fixes before release interviewguycom
5 Data Validation Integration Testing
Perform backend validation using SQL or data tools
Validate data consistency across upstreamdownstream systems
Test eventdriven and batch integrations where applicable
6 Test Planning Reporting
