Job Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair LED/LCD/Smart TVs and related electronic components.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective technical solutions.
- Perform installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of TVs.
- Identify PCB, display, power supply, and other hardware-related issues.
- Conduct home visits/customer-site service as required.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, spare parts, and service equipment.
- Update service reports and maintain accurate job records.
- Explain the issue, repair process, and service details clearly to customers.
- Follow company safety, quality, and service standards.
- Complete assigned service calls within the given timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / Electronics or Electrical qualification preferred.




- Knowledge of LED/LCD/Smart TV repair and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuit boards.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for field service.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years relevant Experience can apply
