Position: Senior Sales Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years in Real Estate Sales
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
Location: Bhubaneswar
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales of residential and commercial plots.
- Generate leads through calls, site visits, and references.
- Conduct property/site visits and explain project details to clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team for smooth booking processes.
Requirements:
Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills with a strong interest in real estate sales.
