Role Overview:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented qualified to handle purchase coordination, vendor management, quotations, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle product inquiries and prepare quotations.

* Source products and coordinate with vendors.

* Negotiate pricing and manage vendor communication.

* Process purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery.

* Follow up with vendors for order status and dispatch.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

* Maintain vendor records and purchase-related documentation.

Requirements:

* 3–5 years of experience in purchase coordination or related roles.





* Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

* Strong team coordination and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build positive working relationships and maintain strong team bonding.

* Proficiency in MS Office/CRM.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
