Ten 11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and skilled Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team in INEJ Executive Lounge Chennai Central Railway Station.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Handle mise en place and preparation as per the assigned section.
- Prepare food according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning and presentation.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation and food safety practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Follow proper storage and stock-rotation procedures.
- Minimize food wastage and support productive kitchen operations.
- Coordinate with senior chefs and the kitchen team during service.
- Follow instructions and maintain discipline in the kitchen.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a hotel, restaurant,
lounge or hospitality setup will be preferred.
- Culinary / Hotel Management qualification is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork, discipline and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in shifts.
