We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our internal hiring activities. The intern will work closely with the HR team to understand recruitment processes, coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders, and support the organization in fulfilling its hiring requirements.

KeyResponsibilities :

Assist in end-to-end internal recruitment and hiring activities.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with respective departments.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview schedules.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, updates, and feedback.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Coordinate with interview panels and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with offer documentation and pre-joining formalities.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare regular hiring reports.
Support the HR team in other recruitment-related activities as required.

Eligibility & Skills :

Any Graduate / MBA – HR preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
