- Guest Greeting: Welcome arriving guests at the door, open vehicle doors, and offer a warm first impression.
- Luggage Handling: Carry, tag, and transport guest bags safely to and from rooms using a luggage cart.
- Room Escorts: Guide guests to their assigned rooms, explain room features like climate control and lights, and point out hotel amenities.
- Deliveries: Bring room service items, mail, packages, and newspapers to guest doors.
- Information & Assistance: Share local travel tips, recommend nearby restaurants, and help coordinate transport or taxis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Communication: Speak clearly and politely with guests and hotel staff.
- Physical Stamina: Stand and walk for long shifts and lift heavy bags safely.
- Customer Focus: Anticipate guest needs and maintain a helpful, problem-solving attitude.
- Grooming: Wear a clean, pressed uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
