Key Responsibilities

**Front Office & Client Management**

* Manage clients’ calendars and appointment scheduling efficiently.

* Interact with clients and clearly explain clinic services, treatments, offers, and schemes.

* Handle client grievances professionally and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

* Introduce and promote the latest organizational offers and schemes to clients.

**Billing, Records & Reporting**

* Perform analysis, billing, and invoicing activities accurately.

* Maintain patient records in both physical files and computer systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

* Analyze data and prepare periodic reports for management review.

**Pharmacy & Inventory Management**

* Manage pharmacy operations and maintain adequate inventory levels.

* Oversee inventory for medical, pharmacy, and other clinic supplies.

* Monitor stock usage and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages.

* This is a multi-tasking role requiring a high level of proactiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage front office,



operational, and clinical support responsibilities simultaneously.

* The role demands robust coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth clinic operations and superior patient experience.

* Housekeeping & Facility Supervision

* Doctor Assistance & Treatment Preparation

* This is a multi-tasking role requiring a high level of proactiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage front office, operational, and clinical support responsibilities simultaneously.

* The role demands strong coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth clinic operations and superior patient experience.
