The Architect – Residential is responsible for supporting architectural design and execution of residential projects. The role ensures customer-centric layouts, statutory compliance, coordination with consultants, and timely delivery of drawings and design solutions aligned with project objectives.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial/ Functional Perspective

? Support cost optimization through efficient residential design solutions
? Minimize design-related errors and rework
? Assist in value engineering exercises
? Contribute to cost-effective design delivery

? Support delivery of high-quality and customer-centric residential design outputs
? Coordinate with internal stakeholders and consultants
