Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inventory professional to manage end-to-end inventory operations across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with ERP-based inventory systems and a strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes, ensuring accuracy, control, and optimization across the inventory lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory planning, stock control, and warehouse operations for raw materials, trims, WIP, and finished goods
- Maintain and monitor Bill of Materials (BOM), production planning, and material movement across stages
- Track inventory batch/lot-wise, size-wise, colour-wise,



and SKU-wise for full traceability
- Process GRNs, stock transfers, and coordinate regular cycle counts and stock audits
- Conduct inventory reconciliation and variance analysis, resolving discrepancies promptly
- Drive reorder planning and inventory optimization to balance stock availability and holding costs
- Generate and maintain MIS reports to track inventory accuracy and key metrics
- Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, procurement, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely order fulfillment
- Operate and manage inventory records using Logic ERP and Uniware systems

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, or Operations (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management within fashion/apparel manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with Logic ERP and Uniware (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of raw materials, trims, WIP, and finished goods management
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in stock and data management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
