We are looking for an AI-first Technical Product & Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, product coordination, business analysis, or delivery management.

The role involves working at the intersection of AI, product, technology, APIs, integrations, and client delivery. The candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and external partners to drive initiatives from requirements through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-driven and integration-heavy projects.
- Gather and convert business requirements into BRDs, user stories, workflows, API requirements, and execution plans.
- Identify practical opportunities to use AI and automation in products and business workflows.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc. for documentation, analysis, prototyping, workflows, testing, and communication.
- Coordinate with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, technical feasibility, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Manage Agile activities including sprint planning, execution tracking, UAT, release readiness, and go-live.
- Coordinate stakeholders, track blockers and dependencies, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support AI chatbot, automation, recommendation, document intelligence, and AI-assisted workflow initiatives.
- Support AI testing, prompt validation, output review, and business acceptance.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, decisions, action items,



and status updates.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years in Technical Project Management, Product Management, Technical Business Analysis, or Delivery Management.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and practical AI use cases.
- Understanding of web/mobile applications, backend systems, APIs, integrations, databases, and workflows.
- Experience in requirements gathering, user stories, workflow mapping, and project execution.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum, UAT, release coordination, and issue tracking.
- Strong stakeholder communication and ownership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with developers and understand technical discussions.
- Experience working with clients or external stakeholders.

Preferred

- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, wellness, insurance, enterprise applications, or integration-heavy technology.
- Exposure to AI chatbots, workflow automation, recommendation systems, or document intelligence.
- Experience with Postman, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Notion, or similar tools.
- Understanding of AI limitations, hallucinations, data privacy, security, and human review.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
