NewAge PU College is seeking an English Lecturer to teach students in Classes 11 and 12. The ideal candidate can make literature and language engaging while helping students strengthen their reading, writing, speaking and examination skills.

Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the PU curriculum.
- Teach literature, grammar, writing and communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments and revision materials.
- Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students with varying learning needs and academic goals.
- Maintain classroom records and communicate student progress with parents and the academic team.
- Participate in college activities, meetings and examination duties.

Qualifications and skills

- Master’s degree in English.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Experience teaching English at the PU or higher secondary level is preferred.
- Robust command of written and spoken English.
- Good classroom management and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
