Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement playful, age-appropriate lesson plans (incorporating phonics, basic math, storytelling, art, and craft).
- Foster a nurturing workplace that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children.
- Manage daily classroom activities, keeping students engaged and well-behaved using positive reinforcement.
- Regularly update parents on their child’s progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain a clean, colourful, and organized learning space.
Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience teaching young children.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and boundless energy.
- Warm and empathetic personality with a genuine love for early childhood education.
