Workday Consultant – Integration & Production Support

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Integration, Workday Studio, and Production Support. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently troubleshooting integration issues and managing them through resolution while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot Workday integrations.
- Work with Workday Studio, RaaS, Core Connectors, and Web Services/APIs.
- Develop and support PunchOut/cXML integrations.
- Monitor production integrations and resolve incidents.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), failure recovery, and reprocessing.
- Independently manage integration issues from investigation through resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors,



and technical teams.
- Work with Workday HCM, Finance, and Procurement processes.
- Understand and work with reports, calculated fields, and Workday security.

Candidate Requirements

- 6+ years of relevant Workday experience.
- Solid hands-on integration experience.
- Ability to independently own and resolve production issues.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners to 15 days' notice preferred.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
