About the Role

We are looking for an Inter CA who is passionate about finance, accounting and business advisory. The candidate will work closely with the senior finance team and support Virtual CFO assignments, MIS reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, cash-flow management and client advisory.

This role is suitable for someone who wants to move beyond routine accounting and develop strong CFO-level financial and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparation and review of MIS reports, financial statements and management dashboards.
- Analyse P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements and identify key financial trends.
- Support cash-flow forecasting and working-capital analysis.
- Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial projections.
- Perform profitability, cost and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and clients.
- Support Virtual CFO engagements for MSME clients.
- Identify financial gaps, risks and areas for improvement.
- Assist senior team members in developing financial strategies and business recommendations.
- Coordinate with clients for collecting financial data and understanding business requirements.
- Support statutory, tax and accounting-related activities wherever required.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and timely delivery of financial information.
- Work on Excel-based financial models and analysis.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Accounting and Financial Statements.
- Good knowledge of Financial Analysis and MIS Reporting.
- Strong MS Excel skills,



including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts and financial analysis.
- Understanding of Cash Flow, Working Capital and Budgeting.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple clients and manage deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Tally / accounting software will be an advantage.

Qualification

- CA Intermediate / Inter CA
- Candidates pursuing CA are preferred.
- CA Articleship experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in a CA firm, Virtual CFO, finance advisory or accounting environment will be preferred.
