- Position – S-E-SE Cutting & Wire Preparation Area Engineering
- Job Location – Pirangut, Pune
- Education – Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience – Relevant 4 - 6 years
- Compensation – 7 to 8 LPA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Ø Supports the development of new production equipment and processes, provides training and technical support to production in coordination with Country and Production Management teams

Ø Supports and applies planning, standardization and realization of Production Engineering activities within the cutting & Wire Preparation Area (Equipment planning, creation and release of master data, etc.)

Ø Ensures the implementation of the production concept and integration of new processes in plant in collaboration with Production Concept Team on country level

Ø Supports the definition and implementation of processes and material flows within the Cutting & Wire Preparation Area (CWPA)

Ø Ensures the creation and maintenance of manufacturing master data including but not limited to Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Cutting Area (CAO)optimization P1/P2 systems, machine attributes and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis FMEA, etc.





Ø Creates, modifies and maintains all master data and documentation related to methods of manufacture (work instructions, visual aids, etc.) and ensures machine and operator instructions are present and up to date

Ø Evaluates and manages the implementation of recent products and technical changes according to the process description Change Management according to CP 2.2.2, Identifies new material configurations (e.g. terminal wire Combinations, splice combinations, twist combinations etc ), Identifies new or obsolete tools & supports the validation activity

Ø Ensures the coordination of activities across departments and monitors results in order to achieve the defined objectives e.g. Provide training and technical support in production

Ø Ensures the validation and release of production equipment and machine settings including but not limited to new material combinations, new tooling, workplace layouts and workplace documents etc.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
