Senior Quantity Surveyor – Interior Projects

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month (In-Hand)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in interior fit-out projects to handle estimation, billing, cost control, and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, rate analysis, and cost sheets for interior fit-out projects.
- Review interior/architectural drawings and specifications for accurate estimation.
- Handle site measurements, contractor billing, certification, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations for effective cost control.
- Coordinate with Design, Project, Site, Procurement, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
- Analyse quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Support commercial negotiations with contractors and vendors.
- Conduct site measurements and verify work quantities and progress.
- Maintain project commercial documentation and prepare cost/MIS reports.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in Interior Design / Interior Fit-out Projects.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, market rates, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Solid analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in Corporate, Commercial, Residential, or Turnkey Interior Projects will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Costing / Estimation.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out costing and commercial processes.
- Ability to independently handle measurements, billing, BOQ, estimation, and cost control.
