Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Field Sales )

Key Responsibilities:

Field visits to identify prospective borrowers & Self-Help Groups (SHGs).

Handling the loan lifecycle (KYC, documentation, and disbursement).

Ensuring timely collection of loan installments.

Building strong community relationships.

Experience: Both Freshers and Experience can apply (Prior field sales/banking experience is a plus).

Location - have to relocate within 50-100km from home location and Accomodation will be provided

Apart from salary attractive Performance incentive + bonus

**Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
