Responsibilities
As a HR Executive, your role will include:
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes based on required skills and experience via job portals, internal references, and other channels.
- Coordinating with interview panels to schedule and manage telephonic, video, and in-person interviews.
- Developing customized sourcing strategies for different job roles to build relevant talent pools.
- Actively sourcing candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other skilled/social networks.
- Conducting Employee engagement activities and internal HR events.
- Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
Experience: 2-4 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Location : Bangalore Office. No Remote work.
