We are looking for a is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant with strong exposure to the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Electronics, Embedded Systems, Manufacturing, and Engineering sectors.
This is an on-site role, with primary responsibility for identifying and engaging senior-level technical professionals and niche engineering talent.
The ideal candidate should bring an established professional network, robust sourcing capability, and the ability to conduct independent talent and market research rather than depending only on traditional job portals.
Experience & Qualifications
- 4+ years of Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of exposure to EMS, electronics, embedded, manufacturing or engineering recruitment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting senior technical professionals and niche specialists.
- Experience hiring contractors, consultants or project-based technical resources is highly desirable.
- Strong LinkedIn and social-media sourcing experience.
- Good understanding of Boolean search and passive-candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Existing network within the EMS / Electronics / Engineering industry will be a major advantage.
