Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end accounting operations and financial activities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations in Tally
- Prepare and maintain P&L; and Balance Sheet
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis
- Handle bank, ledger, vendor, customer & account reconciliations
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts
- Support statutory compliance, audits & financial documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and management on finance requirements

Requirements

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally & end-to-end accounting
- Valuable knowledge of P&L;, Balance Sheet, MIS & financial reporting
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Hindi proficiency is mandatory
- Candidates from Automotive / Engineering industries preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
