- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years in civil site execution, preferably in a steel plant/industrial project.
- Experience in heavy equipment foundations, mass concreting, RCC structures, industrial buildings, and BT roads.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, quality, safety, and site execution.
- Knowledge of BBS, BOQ, steel/cement reconciliation, and quantity measurement.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and surveying equipment.
- Ability to manage contractors, consultants, drawings, documentation, and project progress.
- Solid focus on timely execution, quality, and safety.
