What we’re looking for:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Support or Chat Support (Freshers can aslo apply)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy (30–40 WPM preferred)
- Experience with chat support tools like Freshdesk / Freshchat and CRM systems
- Ability to handle customer queries with empathy and provide effective resolutions
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat
- Resolve customer concerns and follow up proactively
- Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
6-day working week with roster-based week-offs.
