Location: Atgaon, Shahapur, Mumbai | Employment Type: Full Time | Experience: 02 to 05 Years

Job Summary

International Transmission Ltd. is looking for a responsible and disciplined Security Supervisor to oversee security operations and ensure safety of company premises, employees, visitors, vehicles, and assets.

The candidate should have strong leadership skills, discipline, and experience in handling industrial security operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision of Security Staff:

- Supervise and monitor security guards on all shifts.
- Prepare duty rosters and deployment schedules.
- Ensure guards are present at assigned posts.
- Conduct regular inspections and performance evaluations.

Access Control:

- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Ensure proper gate pass and visitor pass procedures are followed.
- Verify identity cards and authorization documents.

Safety & Security Monitoring:

- Patrol company premises regularly.
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
- Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment.

Incident Management:

- Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, fire, and security incidents.
- Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare incident reports.
- Coordinate with management and local authorities when required.

Asset Protection:





- Safeguard company property, machinery, materials, and confidential information.
- Monitor movement of materials through gates.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies.

Record Keeping & Reporting:

- Maintain security logs, visitor records, vehicle movement records, and incident reports.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports to management.
- Document any security violations or unusual activities.

Training & Development:

- Train security guards on security procedures and emergency response.
- Ensure all security personnel follow company rules and regulations.

Coordination with Other Departments:

- Coordinate with HR, Administration, Safety, and Production departments.
- Assist during audits, inspections, and VIP visits.
- Support investigations related to employee misconduct or theft.

Compliance & Discipline:

- Ensure compliance with company security policies and statutory requirements.
- Enforce discipline among security staff.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and conduct.
