We are looking for a driven and research-savvy Business Development Executive to identify and generate new business opportunities for our IT services. The ideal candidate is comfortable using modern sales tools, AI-driven prospecting platforms to build a solid sales pipeline, with a preference for candidates familiar with international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services
- Research target industries, companies, decision-makers, and potential clients using modern sales and research tools
- Generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clutch, GoodFirms, and other relevant channels
- Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve prospect research, lead generation, outreach, and sales productivity
- Plan and execute personalized email, LinkedIn, and other outbound outreach campaigns
- Maintain and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM
- Stay updated with new technologies,



market trends, AI tools, and modern business development strategies
- Track and report lead generation, conversion, pipeline, and business development performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategy with service offerings and capacity

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in business development / sales, preferably in the IT services or technology industry
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales and prospecting tools is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of international markets will be an advantage

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
