Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

Handle monthly payroll processing, including attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, and salary revisions.

Ensure accurate and timely attendance and leave management across all branches.

Manage Full & Final settlements and other payroll-related activities.

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and applicable labour laws.

Prepare HR MIS, payroll reports, and employee-related dashboards for management.

Address employee queries and coordinate with branches and other departments for HR-related matters.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
