Customer Relationship Manager – Premium Travel Gear Showroom

We are a brand-new, premium travel gear showroom and are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to take the helm. If you love building lasting connections, leading a team, and finding creative ways to grow a business, we want you to be the face of our brand!

The Role: This is not your average desk job. We are looking for a mature, strategic, and hands-on professional to oversee both the customer experience and the sales engine of our showroom. You will take ownership of the floor, drive revenue, mentor the staff, and ensure every traveler who walks through our doors leaves equipped and inspired for their next journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Sales & Profitability: Actively manage and grow both indoor showroom sales and outdoor/B2B sales initiatives. You will strategize to improve overall sales volume while protecting and maximizing profit margins.
- Lead and Inspire the Team: Manage, train, and motivate showroom staff. You will set the gold standard for performance, ensuring the team is aligned, confident, and delivering top-tier service.
- Spearhead Promotional Activities: Plan, conduct, and oversee exciting in-store and outdoor promotional events to attract new customers, build brand awareness, and increase foot traffic.
- Dynamic Problem Solving: Act as the primary decision-maker on the floor. Whether it's resolving a complex customer concern, overcoming a sales hurdle, or fixing an operational hiccup,



you will handle it swiftly and effectively.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Execute day-to-day sales tasks with a focus on long-term client retention. You will turn first-time buyers into loyal brand advocates through personalized service and expert travel gear advice.

Who You Are (Requirements):

- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in customer service, sales management, or retail leadership. Experience handling margins and promotions is a major plus.
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline.
- Age: 35–45 years old. We are looking for someone who brings seasoned maturity, life experience, and a refined, authoritative yet welcoming approach to management.
- Skills: Solid problem-solving abilities, smiling face, excellent team management skills, and a strategic mindset geared toward sales growth.
- Passion: A genuine interest in travel, outdoor gear, and creating an exceptional retail environment.
