Primary Goal: Deliver world-class Pilates and EMS sessions with discipline, safety, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily classes and private sessions as per studio schedule.

- Uphold PB training methodology and cueing standards.

- Track attendance and session feedback in CRM.

- Maintain client progress sheets and monthly check-ins.

- Ensure equipment setup, cleanliness, and hygiene pre/post sessions.

- Support community events and client engagement initiatives.

Performance Metrics:

- Client retention rate (monthly).

- Feedback score above 4.5/5.

- Zero safety incidents.

- Consistent attendance and punctuality.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
