Key Responsibilities:

- Managed the complete procurement process, including supplier identification, RFQ preparation, quotation comparison, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
- Coordinated with technical, stores, finance, and management teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Evaluated suppliers based on price, quality, technical specifications, delivery, warranty, and credibility.
- Managed domestic and international sourcing through platforms such as IndiaMART, Alibaba, and other procurement portals.
- Handled import procurement activities, including proforma invoices, forex payments, shipping documentation, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and compliance requirements.
- Maintained supplier records, purchase documents,



quotations, purchase orders, GRNs, and ERP updates.
- Coordinated supplier payments, deliveries, returns, quality rejections, and warranty-related matters.
- Monitored material price revisions and updated costs in the ERP system.
- Coordinated procurement for machinery, equipment, repairs, maintenance, AMC renewals, and product development requirements.
- Coordinated packaging design and related procurement activities with technical, marketing, design, and supplier teams.
