- Site Preparation: Clear trees, debris, and rocks; dig trenches and grade or level ground using heavy machinery.
- Paving & Materials: Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel, or stone onto roadbeds.
- Safety & Traffic Control: Set up warning signs, cones, and barricades; direct traffic flow safely around work zones.
- Maintenance & Repair: Fill potholes, seal cracks, and repair guardrails or barriers.
- Equipment Operation: Operate hand tools (jackhammers, shovels) and heavy machinery (rollers, bulldozers, cement mixers).
