Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Engineers from Civil, EEE, and Mechanical Engineering backgrounds to join our engineering and project teams.

The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to engineering activities, project execution, maintenance, quality, documentation, and coordination with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

Civil Engineering

Assist engineers in site execution and project activities.

Support supervision of civil construction and maintenance works.

Read and understand engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications.

Assist with quantity estimation, measurements, and material planning.

Monitor work progress and coordinate with contractors and site teams.

Assist with quality inspections and preparation of site reports.

Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.

Support engineers in troubleshooting electrical equipment and systems.

Assist with electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.





Assist in inspection and testing of electrical panels, cables, motors, and related equipment.

Follow electrical safety procedures and standards.

Maintain maintenance records and reports.

Mechanical Engineering

Assist engineers in installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.

Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.

Assist with inspection of machinery, tools, and equipment.

Monitor equipment performance and report issues to senior engineers.

Support fabrication, assembly, and project execution activities.

Maintain equipment records and maintenance reports.

Common Requirements

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, EEE, or Mechanical Engineering.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

0–2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of engineering principles and technical drawings.

Basic MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and Word.

Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Good problem-solving and analytical ability.

Willingness to work at Mettur or Panruti project/site locations.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on qualification, skills, experience, and interview performance.
