- Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records at all times.
- Manage the procurement of office stationery and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a structured filing system for data on customers, vendors, and external partners, both physical and digital.
- Handle incoming email enquiries professionally and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff and clients as required.
- Plan and organise internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and company gatherings.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to employees across departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Qualification
- Any degree in business administration or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Robust organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
