About the Role

A Digital Blogger is looking for a driven Telesales Executive to join our Fraud Free Department. In this role, you will connect with individuals who have been victims of cyber fraud or fraudulent activities by unregistered/unauthorized SEBI entities, and pitch them registration for our Fraud Free services designed to help such victims.

This is a high-impact sales role where your ability to build trust quickly, communicate with empathy, and close conversions will directly help genuine fraud victims access the right support.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads/prospects who have reported being scammed via cyber fraud or unauthorized/unregistered SEBI entities
- Clearly explain the Fraud Free Department's services and pitch registration to prospective clients
- Build rapport and trust with individuals who may be distressed or skeptical, and address their queries and objections confidently
- Achieve and exceed daily/monthly registration and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/call logs
- Follow up consistently with warm leads to maximize conversion
- Stay updated on SEBI regulations, common fraud patterns, and market developments relevant to client conversations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of registered clients




- Maintain compliance with company policy and ethical sales practices at all times

Requirements

- Freshers will NOT be considered, minimum 1–3 years of prior experience is mandatory
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role
- Working knowledge of the stock market and SEBI regulations is highly preferred (candidates from broking/financial services backgrounds encouraged to apply)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
- Comfortable working with targets and incentive-driven pay structures
- Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, MS Excel, email)
- Self-motivated, resilient, and result-oriented

Preferred Background

- Prior experience as a Dealer, Relationship Manager, or Telesales/Telecaller in stock broking, financial services, or fraud recovery/consulting firms
- Familiarity with cyber fraud, investment scams, or SEBI enforcement actions is a strong plus
