Job Summary
We are seeking an SMT Sales Engineer to develop current business and manage existing customers. The role involves selling SMT equipment, conveyors, solder paste, consumables, and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop customers and business opportunities in the SMT/EMS industry.
Visit customers and understand their technical requirements.
Promote products, prepare quotations, and deliver presentations.
Follow up on enquiries, trials, quotations, and orders.
Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
Track sales targets, forecasts, opportunities, collections, and CRM updates.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing.
Support demonstrations, trials, installations, and technical evaluations.
Achieve sales and new-customer targets

Education:
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

Experience:




2–5 years’ experience in SMT, EMS, PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, or industrial equipment sales.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of SMT processes and equipment.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-service skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Ability to convert leads into orders.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Sales target achievement.
New customer development.
Customer visits and enquiries.
Quotation-to-order conversion.
Customer retention.
Collection follow-up.
Pipeline and forecast accuracy.
Key Account Management.
Consultative Selling.
