About the Role

Join the Talent Acquisition team at Trinex Global to gain hands-on experience on live hiring projects and master the complete recruitment lifecycle. This internship provides comprehensive pre-training and real-world corporate exposure designed to build practical HR and recruitment skills from the ground up, with the prospect for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

* Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networking channels.

* Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and evaluate candidate profiles against specific role requirements.

* Interviews: Conduct initial telephonic screenings and assess candidate suitability and communication skills.

* Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.

* Candidate Engagement: Maintain active follow-ups and support candidates throughout the selection process.

* Tracking & Analytics: Update and manage daily recruitment trackers using MS Excel and Google Sheets.





* Pipeline Building: Post job openings across various platforms and build active talent pipelines for ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Skills

* Open to students, freshers, and entry-level applicants from any academic background.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal ability.

* Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

* Highly self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced workplace.
