We are looking for a skilled and compassionate NICU Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to newborns, including premature and critically ill neonates. The nurse will work closely with neonatologists and the multidisciplinary team to ensure protected, timely, and high-quality neonatal care.

- Provide specialized nursing care to premature, low-birth-weight, and critically ill newborns according to their clinical needs.
- Monitor and document neonatal vital signs, oxygen saturation, temperature, respiratory status, blood glucose, and other relevant parameters.
- Monitor and care for neonates receiving respiratory support, including ventilators, CPAP, and oxygen therapy.
- Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, blood products, and nutritional support safely and accurately.
- Assist neonatologists during neonatal emergencies, resuscitation, procedures, and other critical interventions.
- Maintain and operate NICU equipment such as incubators, radiant warmers, monitors, infusion pumps,



syringe pumps, ventilators, and CPAP equipment.
- Maintain strict infection-prevention practices, including hand hygiene, aseptic techniques, isolation precautions, and proper biomedical-waste disposal.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, including patient observations, medication administration, fluid balance, procedures, feeding records, and nursing handovers.
- Support and educate parents regarding neonatal care, breastfeeding/expressed breast milk, hygiene, kangaroo mother care, and discharge instructions.
- Coordinate with neonatologists, paediatricians, lactation consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and continuous neonatal care.

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
