About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Beverage Consultant to represent our brand and beverage solutions across India. This is a hands-on role combining product demonstrations, customer training, technical support, and brand representation. You will work closely with clients, dealers, service teams, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional product experience.

What You'll Do

- Conduct professional product demonstrations at client locations, dealer showrooms, exhibitions, and trade events.
- Train customers on machine operation, cleaning, maintenance, and best practices.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for beverage equipment.
- Take ownership of demonstration machines — preparation, cleaning, packing, handling, and transportation.
- Support video shoots, product launches, and marketing activities.




- Travel across India for customer visits, events, and training programs.
- Maintain daily reporting at the Chennai MEPZ Experience Center.
- Attend and support in-bound calls until conversion process
- Conduct Demonstrations at our office , client locations

What We're Looking For

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience & knowledge in beverage vending equipment, coffee equipment, beverage equipment, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on understanding of beverage machines.
- Fluent in Tamil, English & Hindi.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. .
- Confident, professional, energetic, and customer-oriented.
- Comfortable with travel and flexible working hours.
- A problem-solving mindset and technical aptitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
