General Staff Nurse - Hospital / Ward *Job Title:* Staff Nurse *Department:* Nursing *Reports To:* Nursing Superintendent / Ward In-Charge *Location:* Hospital / Medical Center *Qualification:* GNM / http://B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic http://B.Sc Nursing with valid Karnataka Nursing Council registration *Job Summary:* To provide high-quality direct patient care, administer medications, and assist doctors to ensure protected and effective treatment. *Key Responsibilities:* - *Patient Care:* Assess, monitor and record vital signs, patient history and progress - *Medication:* Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids as per doctor's orders with 5 rights - *Procedures:* Assist doctors in examinations, rounds, dressing, and minor procedures - *Documentation:* Maintain accurate nursing notes,



charts, intake/output, and incident reports - *Infection Control:* Follow strict aseptic techniques, BMW management, and infection control protocols - *Communication:* Provide health education to patients and families, handover care during shift change - *Emergency:* Respond promptly to emergencies and provide BLS support when needed *Skills Required:* Clinical skills, compassionate communication, time management, basic computer knowledge, ability to work in shifts

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
