Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to oversee end-to-end business operations, drive process efficiency, ensure cross-functional coordination, and translate organizational goals into effective operational execution. The role will work closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth, scalable, and performance-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

· Drive operational efficiency through SOPs, process improvement, automation, and digital transformation

· Monitor budgets, resources, project timelines, and operational performance.

· Lead MIS and data-driven reporting to support management decision-making.

· Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

· Oversee real estate project operations from planning to completion.

· Manage vendors, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.

· Identify operational bottlenecks, manage escalations, and implement timely resolutions.

· Lead CRM and operational systems implementation and ensure effective utilization.

· Oversee HR operations including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance.





· Monitor team performance, develop talent, and build a high-performing operational team.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to improve overall profitability.

· Ensure service quality, compliance, and consistent implementation of company policies and processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· 4–10 years of experience in operations, administration, business management, or a related leadership role.

· Robust experience in managing cross-functional teams and business operations.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

· Experience in real estate/project operations will be an advantage.

· Ability to work independently, manage escalations, and drive organizational goals.

Qualification

Any Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in Operations, Business Management, HR, or a related specialization will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
