Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – IT Recruitment to manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities, mentor recruiters, and ensure timely closure of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of IT Recruiters.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/Technical positions.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through the interview process.
- Track recruitment performance, submissions, interviews, and closures.




- Mentor recruiters and improve team productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills:

- 3–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Prior experience in team handling/team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
