Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other channels.
- Screen profiles as per job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and first-round interviews.
- Shortlist suitable candidates for the final round.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain basic candidate and interview records.
Skills
Valuable communication, interview skills, coordination, follow-up, and basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.
Scope: Sourcing → Screening → First Interview → Shortlisting → Final Round
Pay: ₹10,320.70 - ₹18,039.51 per month
