Collaboration with various teams to ensure a cohesive understanding of business objectives and technology integration is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements based on analysis and feedback.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Testing, Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
