Job Title: BIM Architectural / Structural Modeler
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Mangaluru, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create accurate models based on design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM deliverables as required.
- Perform BIM coordination and identify design/modeling conflicts using Navisworks Manage.
- Coordinate Architectural and Structural models with MEP disciplines.
- Create and manage Revit families and project-specific components.
- Prepare detailed BIM documentation, drawings, and schedules.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, BEP,
and QA/QC requirements.
- Support project teams in resolving modeling and coordination issues.
- Work effectively with engineers, architects, coordinators, and other BIM professionals.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Architectural / Structural BIM Modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Positive knowledge of Architectural and Structural modeling workflows.
- Experience with Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
- Knowledge of Revit Family Creation and Management.
- Understanding of LOD 400 & LOD 500 requirements.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and project documentation.
- Experience working on international projects is an advantage.
Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
