Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer – MEP / HVAC to lead and manage MEP/HVAC project execution from planning through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. The role requires strong site execution, project coordination, vendor management, quality control, and stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning and execution of MEP/HVAC systems for construction projects.
- Manage HVAC/MEP installation activities to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, PMC/consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, material requirements, and project documentation.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, costs, and overall execution progress.
- Ensure MEP/HVAC works comply with approved specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable codes.
- Manage vendors and subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality requirements.
- Identify project risks, technical issues, deviations, and delays and implement corrective actions.
- Lead testing, commissioning, inspection, and project handover activities.
- Establish and monitor project execution and quality standards.
- Support cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and cost-control activities.
- Guide and mentor project/site engineers and execution teams.




- Drive continuous improvement in project execution quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in HVAC / MEP project execution.
- Project planning, site execution, installation, testing & commissioning.
- Vendor and subcontractor management.
- Client, PMC, consultant, and contractor coordination.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, MEP services, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Knowledge of quality management, health & safety, and industry standards.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and execution teams.

Education

B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

- 8+ years of overall experience.
- Significant experience in HVAC / MEP project execution is mandatory.
- Experience handling projects from planning through commissioning and handover.
- Experience in Data Centre, Industrial, Commercial, Infrastructure, or similar projects will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with strong site execution, project coordination, vendor/subcontractor management, budgeting, quality control, and client/PMC coordination experience in HVAC/MEP projects are preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
