Position: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and achieving sales targets through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers.
- Generate leads through calling, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation and conversion.




- Prepare quotations/proposals and explain product/service features when required.
- Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Track sales pipelines and provide regular reports to the reporting manager.

- Robust follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with prior experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
