We are seeking high-potential, analytically driven Fresh Engineering Graduates to join our development hub in Goa as Associate Full Stack Developers. In this role, you will be immersed in a fast-paced, collaborative agile environment, working alongside experienced solution architects, senior developers, and product leads. This position offers a direct path into enterprise software consulting, providing foundational experience across modern web technologies, scalable architectures, and professional delivery methodologies.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development & Implementation

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)—from requirements analysis and technical design to coding, testing, and deployment.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end web components using modern JavaScript frameworks and standards-compliant HTML5/CSS3.
- Build clean, maintainable, and modular back-end services, business logic, and RESTful APIs under the guidance of senior technical mentors.
- Assist in creating, optimizing, and maintaining relational and non-relational database schemas, writing efficient queries, and managing data integrity.

2. Code Quality, Testing & Best Practices

- Write clean, well-documented, testable code adhering to established organizational coding standards and design patterns.
- Conduct unit testing, assist with integration testing, and actively participate in peer code reviews to identify defects early.
- Debug application issues, analyze root causes, and implement structured fixes across the stack.
- Utilize version control systems (Git) for branching, merging, and collaborative code management.

3. Agile Collaboration & Consulting Delivery





- Engage actively in daily Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.
- Translate functional user stories, technical specifications, and UI/UX wireframes into functional software modules.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and technical challenges clearly to module leads and cross-functional teams.

Candidate Profile:

- Degree Criteria: Must hold a B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Note: Non-engineering graduates (e.g., M.C.A., M.Sc., B.Sc.) will strictly only be considered in the case of exceptional technical skills, a proven portfolio of complex projects, or outstanding performance in our technical assessment.
- Year of Graduation: Recent pass-outs or final-year students eligible for immediate full-time onboarding.

Core Technical Foundations

- Core Fundamentals: Solid grounding in Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, and Database Management Systems (DBMS).
- Front-End Foundations: Clear conceptual and practical understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Exposure to frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js through academic projects, certifications, or internships.
- Back-End Foundations: Academic or internship exposure to at least one major server-side programming language or environment (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, or C#/.NET).
- Database Management:



Basic proficiency in SQL (writing SELECT, JOIN, aggregation queries, and schema definitions) using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or exposure to NoSQL systems like MongoDB.

Soft Skills & Consulting Mindset

- Problem-Solving: Structured, analytical approach to troubleshooting and breaking down complex technical problems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Learning Agility: High curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to quickly master recent technologies.

Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus" Factors)

- Portfolio of tangible work: Published GitHub repositories, active coding profiles (LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeChef), or live academic capstone projects.
- Completion of reputable full-stack development bootcamps, specialized courses, or industry-recognized certifications.
- Prior internship experience in software development, web engineering, or IT consulting.

Working Conditions & Location Requirements

- Office Location: Mograsys Technologies Office, Goa.
- Work Model: on-site (Monday to Saturday). (one Day WFH)
- Colocation Benefit: Direct daily mentorship, hands-on pair programming with senior team members, and in-person team collaboration. Candidates must currently reside in Goa or be willing to relocate prior to joining.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
