About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and resourceful Operations Executive to manage day-to-day business operations and customer support. This is a hands-on role covering order fulfilment, inventory, logistics, B2B coordination, customer queries and other operational requirements.

Applicants must be fluent in English and able to speak Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is a plus. This is a full time, in-person role based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day customer support across calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels, including order queries, delivery issues, returns, replacements and customer follow-ups.
- Monitor inventory and stock movements and ensure timely replenishment across different locations and fulfilment partners.
- Coordinate order fulfilment, dispatches, stock transfers and day-to-day logistics with relevant partners.
- Manage B2B orders from confirmation through successful delivery, including necessary customer and distributor coordination.
- Maintain operational records,



trackers and basic reconciliations, and coordinate with vendors, logistics partners and internal teams as required.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operational issues and other business requirements, ensuring tasks are followed through to completion.

Skills & Expectations:

Fluent in English and able to speak Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is a plus.

Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills.

Proactive, resourceful and able to independently take ownership of tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software and other business tools.

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity, research and documentation.

Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
