Job Description – Site Coordinator

Location: Project/Site Location
Experience: 3–8 Years
Industry: Fire Protection / MEP / ELV / Engineering Projects

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily site activities with project managers, engineers, supervisors, contractors, and clients.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance, manpower records, material records, and work progress reports.
- Coordinate material requirements, delivery, shifting, and availability at site.
- Follow up with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments for timely completion of work.
- Maintain site documentation, checklists, work permits, inspection records, and other project paperwork.
- Coordinate with the site team for drawings, revisions, measurements, and execution requirements.
- Prepare and maintain MOM, progress reports, and other project-related documents.




- Track pending activities and follow up with concerned persons for closure.
- Assist in billing, measurements, BOQ verification, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure proper communication between the site team and office.

Required Skills

- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to maintain site documentation and prepare reports.
- Basic understanding of Fire Protection / MEP / ELV projects preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage follow-ups.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech / Any Graduate with relevant site coordination experience.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
