Flometriq Filtration & Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Chennai.

We are a leading manufacturer of Industrial Strainers, Filters, Suction Diffusers, Hydrocyclone Filters, Sight Glasses, Air Separators and Flow Measurement Products, serving customers across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water and Process Industries.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate projects from PO receipt to final dispatch

Act as the coordination point between customers, sales, design, procurement, production, QC and logistics teams

Track project schedules, manufacturing progress and delivery commitments

Follow up on GAD, ITP, datasheets, drawings and technical documents

Coordinate customer comments, approvals and document submissions

Track Code-1 / Code-2 / Code-3 document approvals and ensure timely closure

Coordinate inspection activities with customers and third-party inspectors

Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates

Identify potential delays and coordinate corrective actions internally

Coordinate dispatch documentation, logistics and shipment readiness

Maintain complete project records and ensure timely communication with customers





Support the Sales & Projects team in ensuring smooth execution of multiple projects simultaneously

Candidate Profile

2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Execution / Engineering / Industrial Manufacturing

Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Process Equipment / Industrial Manufacturing will be preferred

Positive understanding of engineering documentation and project execution processes

Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned projects
