District Head – Snappype Digital India Private Limited

Snappype Digital India Private Limited is looking for dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented District Heads to lead business development and network expansion in their assigned district.

The District Head will be responsible for building and managing the Business Associate network, developing customer relationships, driving subscription growth, generating eligible business leads and supporting the team in achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage the Business Associate network within the assigned district.
- Develop customer relationships and conduct regular field visits.
- Drive monthly subscription targets through the referral network.
- Monitor BA performance and activate inactive team members.
- Conduct regular training, team meetings and video conferences.
- Promote Snappype services and marketing activities.
- Generate eligible loan leads and assist customers through the applicable process.
- Develop referral networks and support business growth.
- Maintain daily activity and performance reports through the Snappype backend.
- Coordinate with the State Head and follow the company's business strategy.
- Focus on both subscription growth and eligible monthly revenue generation.

Compensation Structure – Important

Please note: Snappype Digital India Private Limited a fixed monthly CTC/salary for the District Head position under the performance-based contractual engagement model.

The District Head's earning opportunity is fix ctc with performance-based and depends on:

- Achievement of subscription targets
- Eligible business generated through the referral network
- Cross Sale business incentives allowed
- Actual revenue realized and validated by the Company

Target Roll-Over and Salary Eligibility Policy

If a District Head is unable to achieve the prescribed target during the current month,



the unachieved target and the corresponding salary eligibility may be carried forward to the following month.

In the subsequent month, the District Head will be required to complete both:

- The previous month's backlog target, and
- The current month's prescribed target.

Upon successfully completing the backlog target along with the current month's target, the District Head will become eligible for the rolled-over salary component as well as the current month's salary.

Roll-Over Validity

The target and salary roll-over facility will be available for a maximum period of 90 days from the original target month.

Any pending target or salary eligibility that remains unfulfilled beyond the 90-day roll-over period will expire and will not be carried forward further.

If the District Head fails to achieve the required targets within the applicable 90-day period, the company may discontinue the District Head's engagement/employment, in accordance with the applicable appointment terms and company policy.

Ideal Candidate

- Solid communication and networking skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, field marketing, financial services, insurance, fintech or related sectors will be an advantage.
- Ability to build and manage a local team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field work, customer meetings and digital communication.
- Good knowledge of the local district and business network is preferred.
